KC Craft Ramen is bringing an unforgettable experience to the heart of the Midwest—a live bluefin tuna cutting show, featuring Master Sushi Chef Andy Matsuda!

【Part 1】5:00 PM – 6:45 PM (doors open at 4:30pm)

【Part 2】7:30 PM – 9:15PM (doors open at 7:00pm)

(Full venue turnover between sessions)



Admission: $120 per person

🧊 No Freezing! Live Fresh Bluefin Tuna Cutting Show

Witness the excitement as Master Sushi Chef Andy Matsuda expertly breaks down an entire fresh, never frozen premium-quality bluefin tuna from Mexico—live and on-site.

Watch as he skillfully carves each prized cut before your eyes: from rare delicacies like Chutoro (medium fatty cut) and Otoro (fatty cut) to lean akami, collar, cheek meat, and more.

Enjoy a luxurious tuna-centric menu including:

Sashimi of fresh bluefin tuna

Tuna nigiri sushi

Tekka-don (tuna rice bowl)

  • No Walk-ins allowed. To avoid overcrowding, reservations are required for each session, with limited seating.

  • Tuna is served from one whole fish only. While the event is all-you-can-eat, availability is limited to what's cut from that fish. Once the tuna is gone, it's gone! Arrive early to enjoy the full selection.

  • Children under 6 years old are NOT allowed at the event for safety reasons.

  • For dine-in ONLY. No takeout allowed.

  • There will be a complete turnover between sessions.

  • Our regular menu is NOT available at this special event.(No ramen)

  • Maximum number of people per a group is 4.
