KC Craft Ramen's very first.. "SHIO GINGER RAMEN" ✨

On Monday, December 1st, KC Craft Ramen proudly presents its very first Shio Ginger Ramen, available for one day only!

This special Shio ramen is carefully crafted and dedicated by chef Joe Suenaga, our beloved manager at KC Craft Ramen!

Joe was born and raised in Sendai, Miyagi prefecture, Japan.

After moving to Kansas in 2024, he joined KC Craft Ramen to share his passion for authentic ramen.

While studying at Ramen School in Tochigi, Japan in this September, Joe discovered Shoga (ginger) Ramen, a gentle, soothing style perfect for cold Kansas winters. Blending with a Shio (salt-based) broth, he created Shio Shoga Ramen — a comforting bowl full of umami, warmth, and care!

What is Shio Ramen?🍜

Shio Ramen features a clear, light broth and is one of the simplest yet most refined styles of ramen. The word “shio” means “salt” in Japanese, and this ramen is celebrated for its clean, delicate flavor that lets the true essence of the ingredients shine. The beauty of shio ramen lies in its simplicity. The clear, balanced broth, thin noodles, and carefully chosen toppings come together to create a subtle yet deeply satisfying bowl.

What is special about Joe's "Shio Ginger Ramen"?🍜💫

The broth of our Shio Ginger Ramen, slowly simmered to bring out the deep, savory flavors of chicken and pork, is light yet rich and full of character.

Each bowl features two slices of tender chicken breast and two slices of succulent pork shoulder for a truly satisfying meal.

At the center, a touch of finely chopped ginger adds a refreshing aroma and gentle warmth that deepens as it melts into the soup.

Firm, thin noodles complement the broth beautifully, ensuring every bite remains bright and flavorful until the very end.

 Ticket Information

• One ticket includes ONE bowl of Shio Ginger Ramen.

• Tickets will be sent via email after purchase.

• Please present your ticket either printed or on your smartphone upon arrival.

Important Notes

• This is a ticketed event.

• While walk-ins may be accommodated based on availability, we highly recommend purchasing tickets in advance for guaranteed entry.

• Our regular ramen & curry menu will not be available during the event. Our regular appetizers will still be served as usual.

• The Shio Ginger Ramen broth contains pork and chicken.

• All ticket sales are final — tickets are non-refundable and non-cancellable.

• If you're unable to attend at your selected session time, you're welcome to come at any other time on the same day, during event hours.
